So it’s pride week, and there’s a ton of stuff going around Toronto. Here are a few things I think are super cool.

Friday June 27

Global Human Rights For Queers: What Out Is About – FREE – Exhibit on human rights violations faced by queer communities around the world. Runs until June 29 at 519 Church Community Centre

Heatwave 3 Rye Pride’s annual block partyFREE – Last year’s party was a blast, everyone should go. This year includes performances by Mahoganay Browne and others. 9 pm to 2 am. Ram in the Rye Pub, 322 Church

Family Pride Pride Week celebration for familiesFREE – With entertainment, kids’ activities, fitness demos, a picnic and more, from 11 am-6 pm at Church St Junior School, Church and Alexander

Fruit LoopzFREE – Young queer artists present their work on indoor and outdoor stages from 2-10 pm at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre 12 Alexander.

Proud Voices Stage FREE – Readings by queer authors and storytelling runs all day at James Canning Gardens, 15 Gloucester
