Event: Get Out of my Closet!

Would you allow the government to deny essential services to women based on what they wear?

The Ryerson Students’ Union (RSU), The Muslim Students Association (MSA), and the Women’s Centre present:
Get Out of my Closet!

When: Friday, November 19–yes, that’s today
Time: 2:30 p.m.
Where: Student Campus Centre
Room A/B (2nd Floor)
Free lunch provided.

Join the RSU, MSA and the Women’s Centre for lunch and learn about Quebec’s Bill 94 and what it means for your civil rights. Bill 94 is proposed legislation, and if approved would deny essential government services, public employment, education, and health care to Muslim women who wear the niqab (face veil).
