Women In Motion

In 2011, the Toronto Star reported that only 15 per cent of Canadians were getting the recommended 150 minutes of daily exercise. According to Statistics Canada, women don’t devote as much of their spare time to physical activity as men do. It’s not much of a surprise considering the time spent commuting, studying, working and keeping up with the demands of life. But, whether for fun or for health; to beat the competition or to perfect a skill; winding down or creating art, women are moving.
